I am not aware of any possibilty to accomplish this in a way Telegram does internally. However, you could have a look at their roadmap and/or submit a feature Request (https://tsf.telegram.org/manuals/bios#5-user-suggestions)

As an altrnative you could write a bot that mocks this behavior for your desired emojis.
